Netbiscuits Gets a New Managing Director

Netbiscuits (newssite) checked in a new Managing Director for North America. Craig Besnoy will be responsible for Netbiscuits' growth strategy in the United States and other markets in the Americas.

"Today mobile already means serious business for a broad array of different vertical industries in the United States", said Besnoy. "Publishing houses, media and entertainment companies as well as retail and e-commerce enterprises are at the forefront of this development. They understand that what many of us called the 'third screen' only some years ago, will soon be the first channel for many kinds of interaction with consumers in the USA and abroad."

Meanwhile, Ran Farmer, Netbiscuits' former US managing director, moves to the company's advisory board. Farmer has spent over six years successfully built up Netbiscuits' North American operations and led the technology company to its current space in the development and publishing pool for mobile sites and apps in the USA.

SpringCM Names Joe Marino VP of Government Solutions

SpringCM (newssite) named Joe Marino their vice president and general manager of their Government Solutions Division.

Marino has more than 16 years of government industry experience, and most recently served as vice president of federal sales for Dataguise Inc., a data privacy and security company.

"Mr. Marino brings an impressive set of capabilities and experience to SpringCM," said Christopher Junker, SpringCM CEO. "His knowledge of the federal market as well as the challenges that government contractors face will be invaluable to the continued growth of our Government Solutions Division.”

Spigit's CFO Spot Lands Michael Brooding

Spigit (newssite) has reeled in former CFO of Brightidea, Michael Brooding, to its executive team.

Broodings brings over 20 years of experience in financial and operational roles within both Fortune 500 and venture-backed companies. Prior to his last position at Brightidea, he was Senior Director of Finance at GroundWork Open Source, where he focused on finance and administration functions. 

In his new position, Brooding will focus on ensuring that Spigit’s enterprise accounts receive the most value from the Spigit platform and Spigit’s network of partners. He will also focus on furthering customer satisfaction through the integration of engineering, services, and support.

Prinova Appoints Three Professionals to Senior Management 

Prinova (newssite) has appointment three technology professionals to its senior management team.

With more than 15 years of product management experience, Chris Miller is now responsible for driving the strategic direction and roadmap for Prinova's messagepoint product line. Prior to joining Prinova, Chris took a leadership role in guiding the direction of product lines for Symantec, Sage, and Eloqua.

Joanne Gore will now take care of planning, managing, developing and implementing global marketing communications and demand generation programs that have a tangible positive impact on Prinova's revenue growth, market positioning and brand. Gore has worked for some of the industry's leading technology organizations, including Delrina, Compaq, BorderWare, DST Output and Actuate's Xenos Group. 

Adam White is now responsible for driving the Software Testing team for Prinova's messagepoint product line. Adam joins Prinova from Novell, where he was Director of Software Testing and Customer Escalations for Data Center products.
