China Louise Martens has been fascinated by how individuals and organizations choose and use business software for over 20 years. To dig deeper, she’s interviewed and profiled end users, developers and executives as well as software vendors and IT observers.
China’s career as an industry analyst and as a technology journalist has taken her around the world from London to New York to Hong Kong to San Francisco to the South of France and to her current home just outside Boston. Today, she’s a freelance content writer for a variety of vendor and agency clients. China’s previous employers include the Americas’ SAP Users’ Group (ASUG), DoubleCheck Research, Forrester Research, IDG News Service, NetSuite and The 451 Group.
In her spare time, while she procrastinates about writing her first novel (it’s going to be dystopian!), China’s busy going to concerts in downtown Boston with a preference for punk and indie bands.

If you are looking to submit press releases or other forms of news for consideration, the best approach is to email [email protected]. That is an actively monitored distribution list.
